Easyworks vs doing it yourself

The tools are cheap. Your evenings are not.

Everything we install can be bought. The software is available to anyone, most of it is well documented, and plenty of owners have wired up something workable on their own. If that is you and it is running, keep going. The reason people call us is rarely that they could not figure it out. It is that it is half built and has been for eight months.

Do it yourself when

  • You enjoy this kind of work and have real hours for it, not leftover ones
  • Your setup is simple, one calendar, one inbox, one way of working
  • You want to understand every piece because you plan to keep owning it
  • The cost of it being unfinished for a while is genuinely low

Bring someone in when

  • It is half built and has been for months, which is the usual state
  • The hours you spend on it are hours not spent on the work that pays
  • Tools do not talk to each other and the gaps between them are where leads die
  • Nobody notices when something quietly stops working

The honest version

Where this actually lands.

The real cost of doing it yourself is rarely the money. It is that the build competes with the job, and the job wins, correctly. So it sits at seventy percent forever, which is worse than either finishing it or never starting. If you want to do it yourself, run the free Scan anyway. It tells you which part to build first, and you can take that list and build it without us.

FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

Yes, genuinely. It is free, it tells you what is weak and in what order, and nothing stops you acting on it alone. Plenty of people do.

That is normal and it usually helps. We keep what works rather than starting over, which tends to make the build smaller than people expect.

A call to scope it, a session to review the Blueprint, and time to train your team when it goes live. The build itself is not your job.

Then take it over. Your data is yours and exportable. We would rather hand something over cleanly than hold it hostage.
