Easyworks and Workiz

Keep Workiz. Fix what happens before the job ever reaches it.

Short answer, yes. Workiz stays where it is. We do not replace your scheduling, your dispatch board or your invoicing, because Workiz already does those and does them well. What we build sits in front of it, on the part most shops are quietly losing money on, which is everything that happens between a customer deciding to call and a job existing in your system.

What we add

What we build around Workiz.

01

Jobs land in Workiz, not a spreadsheet

When our system books a customer, the job is created in Workiz the way your team expects to see it. Nobody re-keys anything.

02

Every call answered, including after hours

Workiz has its own phone tooling. Ours covers the calls that still go unanswered, the 7pm one and the second call that comes in while you are already on the first.

03

Replies in under a minute

Form fills, missed calls and enquiries get a real reply fast, because in home services the job usually goes to whoever answers first.

04

Review requests after the job closes

When a job is marked complete, the review ask goes out. This is the single most ignored step in the trade and it compounds.

What we do not touch

This stays in Workiz.

Workiz is not the problem. Rebuilding what it already does would be.

Why it matters

Built for home service shops running HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, garage door and appliance work.

01

Workiz is strong once a job exists. It was built to run the work, and it runs it. The gap in most shops is earlier than that. A call goes to voicemail at 6:40pm, the customer rings the next name on the list, and that job never appears in any system to be measured. Nothing in your software will ever show you that loss, because it never became a record.

02

We start with the free Scan rather than a proposal. It reads how fast you reply, how many calls go unanswered, how visible you are locally, and how much of the operation depends on you personally. If Workiz is already covering something, the Scan says so and we do not sell it to you.

03

If we cannot connect cleanly to your setup, we will tell you that on the call instead of after the invoice. Some integrations are straightforward and some are not, and which one yours is depends on your plan and how your team actually uses the software.

FAQ

Workiz questions, answered.

No. Most shops that come to us keep it. Workiz runs the job, we handle what happens before the job exists and after it closes. If the Scan says you would genuinely be better on something else, we will say so, but that is rare and it is your call either way.

That is exactly what the Scan checks first. Workiz has call tooling and if yours is set up well, we build around it rather than on top of it. Paying twice for the same capability is the fastest way to resent your software.

You do. Your customer list, your conversations, your content. Export it whenever you want and if you ever leave, you take it with you. Your Workiz data stays yours and in Workiz.

The connection itself is usually quick. The part that takes time is deciding what should actually be automated, which is what the Blueprint is for. Most builds go live about a week from the first call.
