Dentrix keeps the chart. We handle the phone and the recall.
Yes, with one honest caveat worth stating up front. What connects cleanly depends on whether you are on server based Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend, and how your practice is set up. That is a question we answer during the Blueprint rather than promise on a first call. What does not change either way is the boundary: clinical records stay in Dentrix and we do not touch them.
What we add
A new patient call that reaches voicemail usually does not call back. They call the next practice. This is the most expensive missed call in dentistry.
Overdue hygiene is the quiet revenue leak in most practices. It gets worked systematically instead of when front desk has a slow afternoon.
A gap tomorrow morning is worth more filled than analysed. Cancellations trigger outreach automatically.
Consistent asks, not whoever happens to remember. Review flow is what moves a practice in local search.
What we do not touch
The clinical side is deliberately out of scope, and stays that way.
Why it matters
Practices rarely have a marketing problem. They have a front desk that is one person deep and permanently interrupted. The call comes in while they are checking someone out, and the new patient goes elsewhere. Nothing in Dentrix will ever show you that, because it never became a record.
We deliberately stay out of the clinical side. We do not need patient records to answer a phone or chase a recall, so we do not touch them. Less access is better for everyone.
Dentrix setups vary enormously between practices. We confirm what connects during the Blueprint rather than assuming it, and if something will not connect cleanly you hear that before you commit.
FAQ
No, by design. We work with appointments, calls and messages. Clinical records, imaging and treatment history stay in Dentrix and we do not need access to them to do this job.
It can. Cloud and server setups connect differently and some on premise configurations are more restrictive. This is exactly what the Blueprint checks, and it is the sort of thing we would rather find before you have paid for a build.
It should reduce what lands on them, not add to it. If a build makes your front desk learn a second system they will stop using it within a fortnight. We design around that.
You do. Your Dentrix data never leaves your control. Anything held in our system is exportable on request at any time.
The free Scan takes about a minute. If Dentrix already covers something, it says so and we do not sell it to you.
