Wake up for the flood. Sleep through the dripping tap.
After hours calls are where trades make their best money and lose their sleep. A burst pipe at 11pm is a premium job. A dripping tap at 11pm is a morning booking that did not need to wake anyone. We answer every night and weekend call, sort the real emergencies by your rules, page your on call tech for those, and book everything else into the first open slot.

FAQ
It asks the questions on your list (is water actively leaking, is there heat, is there a burning smell). If it does not meet your rule, it explains the after hours fee and offers the first morning slot instead. Callers can always choose to pay for the call out.
Only the basic steps you approve, like turning off the main water or leaving the house if they smell gas and calling 911. It never gives instructions beyond that.
It tries the next person on your list, then you. You set the order.
You do. The phone number, the Google profile, the customer list and the conversations stay yours. If you ever leave, you take all of it.
Same trade, next leak
The free Scan takes about a minute and shows where this is leaking for you. If it is not, it says so.
