Google Reviews for Dental Clinics

Choosing a dentist is a trust decision. Reviews are the trust.

New patients choose a dentist on trust, and before they call they read your reviews. A clinic with a steady stream of recent, specific reviews looks safer than one with forty from 2019. Most happy patients will leave one if they are asked at the right time with a link that goes straight to the review box. We do the asking after every visit and reply to every review, in a way that respects patient privacy.

The ask

Two hours after a cleaning.

Your clinicHi Kevin, thanks for coming in today. If you had a good visit, a quick Google review would mean a lot to the team. [link]
PatientWill do. Everyone was really nice.
Your clinicThat is great to hear, thank you. If anything could have been better, just reply here and our office manager will call you.

Reviews today

  • A few reviews a year, mostly from people with a complaint
  • Replies that accidentally confirm someone is a patient
  • Competitors with more and newer reviews show up first

With Easyworks reviews

  • An ask after every visit, timed to when patients are happiest
  • Complaints routed privately to your office manager first
  • Every review answered without disclosing patient details
  • A full, current Google profile with photos and services

How it gets set up

Triggered by the visit, not by memory.

  1. We connect to checked out appointments in your software, or a daily list your desk confirms.
  2. We write the ask and the reply templates with you, with privacy safe wording.
  3. Each month you see new reviews, average rating and how you show up for "dentist near me" searches in your area.

Built alongside Dentrix, Open Dental, ABELDent and Curve Dental, so nothing moves out of the software you already run.

FAQ

Dental review questions.

Replies never confirm that the reviewer is a patient or mention any treatment. They thank the person, and for complaints invite them to call the office manager directly.

Google does not allow filtering who gets asked. We ask everyone and give unhappy patients a direct line to you, which is both allowed and better for the clinic.

Reviews help, along with your profile, your website and how close you are to the searcher. We work on all of them, and we will not promise a ranking.

To get started, $600 to $1,500 one time, then $200 to $800 a month. Those are starting points, not a fixed menu; the final price depends on what you need and what we agree on together. After the build it is month to month, 30 days notice, no exit fee.
