Dental Recall and Patient Reactivation

Your best new patients already have a file.

Every clinic has a list of patients who were due six months ago, then a year ago, then just stopped. They did not leave on purpose. Life got busy and nobody followed up past the first reminder. Getting them back is far cheaper than finding new ones, and they already trust you. We work that list with short, personal messages that offer a real time to come in.

The recall

A recall text to a patient 14 months overdue.

Your clinicHi Tom, it is [your clinic]. It has been a little while since your last cleaning and Dr. Lee asked us to check in. Want us to find you a time?
PatientOh yeah, I have been meaning to. Evenings are tough though.
Your clinicNo problem. We have Saturday mornings and a 7:30am on Tuesdays. Would either of those work?
PatientSaturday works
Your clinicYou are booked Saturday the 22nd at 9am with our hygienist. See you then, Tom.

How it gets set up

Starts with the list you already have.

  1. We pull the overdue list from your practice software, or from an export your desk sends us.
  2. We write the messages with you and agree how often to try and when to stop.
  3. Batches go out weekly, sized so your desk and hygiene schedule can absorb the bookings.
  4. Replies that are not a booking go to your team with context.

Built alongside Dentrix, Open Dental, ABELDent and Curve Dental, so nothing moves out of the software you already run.

FAQ

Recall questions.

Built in reminders are good for patients who are on schedule. This is for the ones the reminders already missed: a personal follow up with real times, and a human handoff when they reply with a question.

Yes for existing patients about their care, with an easy way to opt out on every message. We set up the opt out and honour it everywhere.

As many as are on your list. We pace it to what your schedule can take, so you are not flooded in week one.

To get started, $600 to $1,500 one time, then $200 to $800 a month. Those are starting points, not a fixed menu; the final price depends on what you need and what we agree on together. After the build it is month to month, 30 days notice, no exit fee.
