Med Spa Rebooking and Treatment Reminders

Results fade on a schedule. So should your reminders.

Injectables, facials, laser series and memberships all run on a rhythm. Clients mean to rebook and then notice weeks later that it has worn off, and sometimes they book wherever has an opening that day. We remind each client when they are due for their specific treatment, offer real times and rebook them, so your calendar fills from clients you already have.

The reminder

Eleven weeks after an injectables appointment.

Your clinicHi Nadia, it has been about 11 weeks since your last visit with Amy, which is usually when clients start thinking about a touch up. Want me to find you a time?

How it gets set up

Your clinicians set the timing.

  1. Your team sets the usual rebooking interval for each service.
  2. We read past appointments from your booking software and start reminders for everyone who is due.
  3. Rebooked clients go straight into the calendar with their usual provider.

Built alongside Boulevard, Zenoti, Vagaro, Mindbody, Fresha and Square Appointments, so nothing moves out of the software you already run.

FAQ

Rebooking questions.

Booking software usually reminds clients about appointments they already have. This reaches clients who do not have one yet but are due, which is where retention is won or lost.

Yes. It can remind members of unused credits and book them before the month ends.

Only names you approve. In Canada there are rules about how prescription treatments are advertised, so we keep messages to the service and the provider, and your medical director signs off on the wording.

You do. The phone number, the Google profile, the customer list and the conversations stay yours. If you ever leave, you take all of it.
